Where to buy tickets for Metallica Costa Rica 2016?
The official information is out: Move Concerts has tickets for Metallica Costa Rica 2016 on sale, right now. Metallica is coming to Costa Rica, November 5, 2016 at the National Stadium in La Sabana. As part of their Hardwired tour, the whole group is coming to CR this time: James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo. We’ll probably be hearing songs such as for Whom the Bell Tolls, Wherever I May Roam, Fade to Black, One, Master of Puppets, Enter Sandman, and of course, stuff from the new album Hardwired … to Self Destruct.
How much are Metallica Costa Rica tickets?
Move Concerts put out information on ticket prices this week:
- VIP: 64,500 colones ($ 115)
- Premium: 64,500 colones ($ 115)
- Premium 2: 53,000 colones ($ 94)
- Premium 3: 37,000 colones ($ 66)
- Side seating: 31,500 colones ($ 56)
- Far end: 25,500 colones ($ 45)
These prices are big news, turns out that Metallica in Costa Rica is now cheaper than Guns N Roses. And surely, Metallica will be better a show than GnR. Which is putting many people in a dilemma: what to do, only Metallica, or with these prices both concerts are now a viable option. They’re at least $ 40 below what people were speculating it would cost to go to both concerts.
First tickets sold out in record time
Ticket sales are following the order that’s normally used for big concerts in CR. First a limited amount of tickets, for the official Fans club members. Then tickets for people who have credit cards with sponsoring companies (in this case the official company is Credomatic), and finally tickets for the general public.
Fan Club tickets went on sale this weekend. And sold out in record time. Not surprising, considering the price on this concert.
Rest of the tickets go on sale as follows:
- From September 12 to September 15, tickets only for sale if you pay with American Express
- From September 15 to September 18, tickets only for sale if you pay with Credomatic
- From September 18 on, general public, any valid form of payment.
On any of those dates, ticket sales start at 10 AM local time.
Where to buy tickets for Metallica in Costa Rica?
As the concert producer had said at the start, tickets are for sale online at eticket.cr. They’ve also got a call center where you can order by phone ,at +506 2295 9400.
And, as had been speculated at some point, Servimas (Walmart) got into the deal, and is also doing ticket sales. You can buy tickets on the dates specified, at any of the Walmart chain supermarkets that have Servimas locations.
